Gravitational tables are machines used when it is necessary to sort products of the same size by weight. These machines are most commonly used in seed production lines or for cleaning small seeds.

Gravity tables offer greater precision than screen-based cleaners and suction systems. Gravity tables make it possible to achieve a final product purity of 99.91% by weight, free from impurities. The core working element of the equipment is a screen, beneath which a large volume of air is blown, lifting the incoming product. On the screen, the product is separated according to its mass. The equipment is fitted with vibration motors, the intensity of which can be adjusted using a frequency converter; the air volume is adjustable, and the table’s inclination can be adjusted in two perpendicular planes. In addition, it is possible to adjust the incoming product flow and other settings.

JCR models clean and split incoming product using screens and air, which is blown from the bottom of the screens.

The device is operated by 2 vibratory motors. In its standard configuration, it is equipped with 2 sieve levels, each of which consists of 3 sieves. The aspiration power is precisely adjustable.
A wide range of screens tailored to the product being screened, combined with precise suction control, ensures perfect sorting by size and, to some extent, according to the specific composition of the product mix. The end product is typically purified to a purity of 99.51% by weight, free from impurities. The screen box tilt is adjustable (the product flow rate is regulated). Thanks to a specially designed lifting mechanism, the screens are easy to replace. Suction is provided by a radial fan. The incoming product should be pre-cleaned to achieve the best possible results. To prepare high-quality seed material, it is recommended to use this equipment before the gravity table.

The sorted material is fed onto a screen, which vibrates, and air is blown from beneath the screen. As a result, the lighter fraction rises above the heavier fraction. The lighter material flows to one side, and the heavier material to the other. Depending on the product being sorted, it is possible to adjust the screen's tilt angle, vibration amplitude, and air velocity. This equipment is also capable of sorting products with slightly different bulk densities.

This machine is also capable of sorting products with slightly different bulk densities. The proportion of fractions can be continuously adjusted. As standard, the machine is equipped with an aspiration system that extracts the lightest impurities from the screen. The final product is typically obtained with a purity of 99.991% free from impurities. The machine can be fitted with aspiration recirculation – up to 90% of the air volume is reused, which allows for the installation of cyclones and filters.
