PRECO gravity funnels
The E50N.I, E80N.I and E100N.I are designed for grain reception from small tractor trailers or front loader buckets. These gravity hoppers are designed for integration with the PRECO E50 – E100 model bucket elevators.

The funnel grid is made of galvanised steel, the casing and legs are made of galvanised steel sheets (275 g/m²), in accordance with European Union Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and ISO 12100:2010 standards.

Gravity funnels are delivered unassembled and can be transported in standard truck trailers or shipping containers.

Standard equipment:

  • Corpus, legs and welded grid 34x76/ 30x3
  • Manual control mechanism for flow regulation

Additional equipment:

  • Electric drive for flow control mechanism
  • PVC funnel cover

PVC tarpaulins

The PVC cover is suitable for covering the gravity hopper and grain receiving pit of a bucket elevator.

Standard equipment:

  • 750 g/m2 PVC cover, aluminium grey, RAL7037
  • Hook up the pipe with textile strops
  • Wearing loops around the perimeter of the grain reception pit

Modular floor-standing hopper with conveyor

The standard module size is 1m in length and 0.5m, offering a wide opportunity to fit into an existing system by adjusting to the required dimensions.

Standard equipment:

  • Frame and welded mesh 34×76/ 30×3
  • Height-adjustable legs

Additional equipment:

  • Side wall extensions 0.4m
  • PVC funnel cover

for land acquisition projects

Drive-over grain intake pits PB

PRECO PB model drive-over grain receiving pits are designed for receiving grain from lorries or tractor trailers. A robust construction is designed for a load of up to 8t from each wheel, and a 16t load from each vehicle axle. A bolted load-bearing frame houses a welded grid. The construction is designed so that there are no horizontal surfaces, thus preventing grain residue from accumulating. The receiving pits are designed for integration with PRECO K model Type B chain conveyors or S model Type B scraper conveyors. (3)

The steel frame and grid components of the PB model intake pits are painted, and the hopper is made of galvanised steel sheets (275 g/m2), in accordance with European Union Machinery Directive 2006/42/EU and ISO 12100:2010 standards.

The reception pits are delivered disassembled, they can be transported on standard truck trailers or in cargo containers.

Standard equipment:

  • Pre-painted and painted, screw-together frame (1) with H-beams (2)
  • Treated and painted trellis (5)
  • Hopper with ends formed vertically or at a 45° angle (4)

Additional equipment:

  • Vertical frame extensions
  • Level sensors – pressure or capacitive
  • LED floodlights with covers
  • Dust suppression solutions
  • Vibration motors

Non-drive-over grain reception pits NPB

PRECO NPB model non-driveway grain receiving pits are designed for receiving grain from lorries or tractor trailers. A welded grate is fitted into a bolted load-bearing frame. The design is such that there are no horizontal surfaces, so leftover grain does not accumulate. The receiving pits are designed for integration with PRECO K model type B chain conveyors or S model type B scraper conveyors. (3)

The steel frame parts of NPB model receiving pits are painted, the grate is welded and galvanised, the hopper is made of galvanised steel sheets (275 g/m²), in compliance with European Union Machinery Directive 2006/42/EU and ISO 12100:2010 standards.

The reception pits are delivered disassembled, they can be transported on standard truck trailers or in cargo containers.

Standard equipment:

  • Mettled and painted, screw-fastened frame (1) with square profile beams (2)
  • Galvanised and zinc-plated grating 34X76/30X3 (5)
  • Hopper with ends formed vertically or at a 45° angle (4)

Additional equipment:

  • Vertical frame extensions
  • Wall extensions above walls
  • Level sensors – pressure or capacitive
  • LED floodlights with covers
  • Dust suppression solutions
  • Vibration motors
