JCC Cleaners They are designed for cleaning all types of grain and other crops, small seeds, poppy seeds, dried herbs, spices, tobacco, or salt. The product is separated based on different particle sizes (sieve cleaning) and different aerodynamic properties (air cleaning).
The cleaned material passes through vibrating screens. The working box is vibrated by a pair of vibromotors. The screens self-clean using elastic balls. The wire mesh size is selected based on the yield and the types of impurities to be removed. An integrated aspiration channel ensures optimal cleaning by removing light contaminants such as husks and dust from the machine's output. For the exhaust and clean air flowing out of the aspiration channel, it is recommended to use a radial fan with a centrifugal cyclone separator.
Its simple modular design makes this machine ideal for smaller farms for post-harvest cleaning and for specific sorting and sieving purposes. It is suitable for all sieving and sorting scenarios where the material being sorted is frequently changed. It is possible to thoroughly clean all parts that come into contact with the sorted material.

JCM Modular Cleaners VibroMAX They are designed for cleaning all agricultural crops of impurities and admixtures. The product is separated based on different particle sizes (sieve cleaning) and different aerodynamic properties (air cleaning).
Designed for continuous operation or increased performance. Sieves are cleaned with rubber balls. The vibration of the sieves is created by a pair of vibromotors.
The adjacent suction channel ensures the removal of small impurities. The guide wall of the suction channel ensures optimal adjustment of the air channel shape. A permanent magnet is built into the suction channel, which ensures the removal of ferromagnetic impurities. The machine housing design and air recirculation guide dust to its designated areas.
The cleaning and aspiration channel set can be optionally supplemented with additional modules. The P1 module: JAC – aspiration pre-cleaner without rotary feed, or the P2 module: JAM – aspiration pre-cleaner with rotary feed, can be added to the machine's intake aspiration, and for some models, also the P3 module: JAN – aspiration pre-cleaner with a rotating feeder and expansion separator. The standard solution for the machine's outlet aspiration is provided by the A2 module: JAB – aspiration channel with adjustable duct, or it can be replaced by the A3 module: JAE – aspiration channel with adjustable duct and expansion chamber.
